The selection of this anthology (1979 > 1994) is drawn from several sources :
♥ Six chansongs (4, 6, 12, 15 & 16) come from 1979∼1980 homemade∼demo when No Means No was still a duo hermano ; including one (15) which is a unique solo creation of John Wright (Mr. Right).
♥ Four come from outtakes (3, 5, 7 & 9) of the 1993 NMN «Why Do They Call Me Mr. Happy?» album.
♥ Four others tracks (8, 14, 17 & 22) are taken from the K7 «Directly From My Heart To You» of Mr. Wrong (Rob Wright bass&voice solo) from 1992.
♥ Four more titles (18, 19, 20 & 21) were released on 1981 «Betrayal Fear Anger Hatred» NOMEANSNO second debut 7”.
♥ The cover∼parody of The Kinks (13), an ode to Victoria, is attributed to the Nomeansno side∼project The Hanson Brothers.
♥ The reinterpretation of a NoMeansNo anthem (10) is deconstructed by their accomplice comrades of Swell Prod.
♥ As well as three new creations (1, 2 & 11) from 1994.
♥ Not to mention the spoken∼jingles of W. Buzz Ryan (who is none other than the friendly Tom Holliston)…
